As the title says Brooke is in need of a big sister and for once I actually have a decent idea of how she's fleshed out in my head (maybe because I once played her)

Bloodstatus: Half-blood
Job: Up to you, but I saw something in the Ministry that wasn't an Auror or the like, something more standard 9-5 than an all hours type of job.
Relationship Status: Up to you including any children she may or may not have.
Personality: Despite being a Slytherin Alyssa isn't cruel, she's determined and strives to get her way, but she isn't going to shun the muggle-borns and the like just for existing. She witnessed a lot of her parents fighting before they divorced and she always down played the fights and such to Brooke when they were growing up and wasn't above shielding her from the fights and the struggles her mum had raising them by herself. They weren't well off financially and there were a few times that Alyssa may have gotten a five fingered discount on a few things in the muggle world as a child before heading off to Hogwarts where she thrived, but still wrote often to her sister checking on her, even sending food care packages from Hogsmeade and came home on one break a year but spent the rest at Hogwarts. Now that not only is she working but filthy rich she spoils her little sis and her friends taking them on vacations last summer and spending time herself living in luxury.
History: Alyssa was the eldest daughter and had an average upbringing becoming a big sister being unremarkable but not caring for the little sister that joined her, happy to have someone to occupy her when their parents were fighting, which was a lot, before they split and her dad decided that parenting without living with his kids was lame and made a 2 percent effort in being a dad that left Alyssa bitter over it, but not outwardly hating all men or with a lot of daddy issues as a result. Her mum struggled to raise her and her sister on one income in something that wasn't exactly specified so there's been times that Alyssa had picked up a few things herself for those special occasions, such as her birthday where she managed to get a free birthday cake. When she got to Hogwarts she was sorted into Slytherin, and once there thrived and made herself at home, though she didn't have a holier than thou attitude or claiming to run the house. She joined the Ministry after Hogwarts and got her own place with two bedrooms just so she had a place for her sister if needed, who she was still close to. Growing up they were as close as siblings with an age difference were expected to be, and they loved to ice skate with thrift store finds to pass the time in the winter.
Alyssa when on a trip with some friends to America and while there bought a lottery ticket on a whim and that ticket was a multimillion dollar winner and after some logistics on the magical end to make sure she hadn't fudged anything magically she was allowed to take her winnings and since then she's continued to work but definitely has upped her lifestyle, vacationing about this summer with her sister and her two best friends.
