This is Phoebe. She was born with a superiority complex given that her parents were pureblood Slytherin elitists and she has always been a daddy's girl while she never really gave her mum the time of day. Her mum was nothing more than a trophy wife and Phoebe couldn't care less about her. She was sorted into Slytherin without hesitation and quite quickly during their first year she learned that Carly was not just half-blood and Gryffindor but that she was also an orphan and was friends with the Derrick boys who shouldn't have given her the time of day since they too were from a pureblood elitist family. Straight away Phoebe decided to use all of that against Carly and she and her group of friends decided to torment Carly at every chance they got even though Carly never did anything to any of them.

By the time their second year started, the bullying had escalated. Over the summer Phoebe's mum had decided to run away with Carly's dad. The two of them had met in group therapy and hit it off. Carly's dad had been seeking help for the possessiveness that had cost him Carly and her mum while Phoebe's mum had been trying to find a way to deal with the way she was being treated by her husband and daughter. They ran away together when Carly was eight and later that year Phoebe's dad tracked down Carly and her mum but Carly's mum was able to leave her with her grandmother before going back and confronting him. Phoebe's dad tortured and killed Carly's mum after getting as much information about Carly's dad as he could from her.

It was during the summer after their first year that Phoebe learned about the vicious rivalry that her dad and Carly's had had while they were at Hogwarts and she also learned that it was Carly's dad that her mum had run away with. While she didn't care that her mum was gone, she did care about how bad it made her and her dad look and by the end of their first year Carly's dad and Phoebe's mum had found out about Carly and decided to take custody of her.

Before they could do that Phoebe's dad finally tracked them down and killed them both and Phoebe never said anything to Carly about that but she ramped up the torment. As they got older things got even worse when the boy Phoebe was obsessed with, Justin Derrick, started showing an interest in Carly and at the Yule Ball during their fourth year Phoebe's jealousy was at an all time high when she saw Justin and Carly kissing even though Carly broke things off with him that night so he wouldn't lose his family. Justin rejected Phoebe that same night and Phoebe told her dad what had happened, how Justin had broken her heart. She didn't really care about Justin, he was just someone she had decided that she wanted which meant that he had to want her too in her mind. Her dad attacked Carly while she was on her way home to Ripplebrook the night of the Yule Ball but he wasn't able to kill her before a Guardian who was in the area found her. Phoebe's dad then killed Carly's adoptive parents while she was at St Mungo's and went on the run. There were three men who attacked Carly that night and the two who were captured gave up the name of their leader so Phoebe's dad went on the run. He was captured a week after the attack and Phoebe decided to attack Carly in the Great Hall in front of everyone. She hoped the Sectumsempra curse would finish Carly off since she was still weak from the attack but Carly managed to disarm her and Phoebe's friends led her out of the Great Hall.

Phoebe was expelled for the attack and her dad was locked away in Azkaban for life so now Phoebe is the disgraced orphan left to either live with a family member or in foster care and she hates Carly even more. She can either go to a different magical school or be homeschooled but either way I haven't done an enemy plot for a long time so I would love to have Phoebe (and possibly her gang of followers) around!
