With her blonde hair and blue eyes, Vee comes across as elegant and almost delicate, but she is all fire and fury. The young woman strives to be the best, both in and outside the classroom. She is loud and boisterous and unabashedly herself. Vee naturally gravitates toward other people but doesn't always have the best delivery. She can come off as abrasive to those who don't know her well, and even to those that do. But she tries in her own way to be supportive of those close to her, and she's quick on the draw to protect her siblings.[break][break]

Beneath the veneer of effortless confidence lies a deep inner turmoil. Vee suffers from a compromised identity, desperately trying to prove that she is more than a Weasley. She often grapples with feelings of inadequacy, afraid that she cannot live up to the reputation of her family. She has a difficult time receiving criticism and gets frustrated easily with herself. Drawing on her veela heritage, Vee is naturally aggressive and will not hesitate to go on the verbal or physical offensive to anyone she seems a threat. But her methods are viciously calculating to the point where she can appear very cruel. Vee is acutely aware of her anger issues and tries not to let them interfere with her daily life and relationships.[break][break]

A day in the life of Vee usually includes some combination of reading by candlelight in the common room with Siberius curled up and purring away on her lap, sparring with herself - yelling at herself depending on the day - after class, snacking in her bed after a long day, and napping. For someone whose public visage screams femme fatale, she's a bit of a homebody during her alone time, and Merlin help the poor soul that pulls her out of her bunny slippered bliss.

[attr=class,ladevoteesc]It's easy to say that Scorpius is nothing like his father was growing up. There is no arrogance or pride in Scorpius's heart. On the contrary, he's a gentle spirit burdened by his family's name. Scorpius tries his hardest to distance himself from his family's roots by sometimes being a little too self-sacrificing. He genuinely wants to help people and do good things, but in the back of his mind, it's also to cleanse himself of his lineage. The Malfoy boy is shy and painfully awkward around new people, but he's extremely friendly when given the opportunity to let his guard down.[break][break]

At his best, Scorpius is an easygoing, relaxed type of boy. He puts moderate effort into his studies and extracurriculars, but he's just trying to enjoy life. He enjoys making people laugh, even at his own expense. People can consistently rely on him to keep his promises, and he'll take a secret to his grave. Scorpius gravitates toward the outdoors, and can usually be found completing his homework or just lounging out on the grounds. Though he would never openly admit it, the Slytherin dungeons make him feel claustrophobic and cold. Despite his relaxed attitude, Scorpius is very passionate about his, well, passions. Although he has no dreams of grandeur or riches, when Scorpius sets his mind to something, he will do whatever he can to achieve it.[break][break]

At his worst, Scorpius is a bit of a wuss. He despises conflict, and tries to avoid it at all costs. Because of this, he is easily startled and prone to anxiety. In his efforts to avoid being compared to his family, Scorpius will use whatever means necessary to avoid appearing aggressive or violent. This also leads to him putting up walls to avoid getting close to people. Scorpius doesn't like to talk about his family and is at an age where he's distant from his parents. Any time their history is brought up, Scorpius immediately shuts down and puts his walls back up. He's at a point where he's trying to forgive his parents and himself, but his emotionally delicate state makes him easily swayed provided he thinks he is doing the right thing.

Deep down, she doesn't want to see anyone else she loves get hurt. And if that means offing a few innocent bystanders, then that's a worthy sacrifice to the greater good.

She's a Hufflepuff through and through, always ready to lend a helping hand or comfort someone through a difficult time. Charlie can be soft-spoken and a little shy, and she tends to avoid loud, excitable environments. She has always been known for her creativity and love of baking. Her first display of magic even involved a rather unfortunate oven incident. Charlie is truly enamored by the art of baking. The level of concentration and precision required, along with her steady hands, make baking and decorating her creations bring her a sense of overwhelming peace and calm. For similar reasons, this makes her an apt potioneer, which happens to be her favorite class. She's never touted being the best at, well, anything really, but she tries her hardest, mostly focusing on the fun of the work as opposed to the end result. For Charlie, failure is something to look forward to instead 9f fear, as it merely gives her the opportunity to try again.[break][break]

You might not think of it at first glance, but Charlie has a surprising competitive streak. Whether it's in the kitchen or on the Quidditch pitch, she loves a friendly rivalry and the thrill of competing against her equals. Her ability to channel anxiety into efficiency and thrive under pressure makes her a serious contender for challenges, although she always prioritizes enjoyment over victory, although she does love a good, fair win. As long as everyone is happy, win or lose, it's a good game.[break][break]

Naturally, Charlie's good-hearted nature makes her a bit of a target for tomfoolery. She's very naive, which is both a blessing and a curse, as she is easily manipulated but blissfully oblivious to malicious intentions. When she realizes that she's been deceived, she takes it personally, becoming withdrawn as opposed to retaliatory. She can be somewhat of a crybaby, tearing up at the slightest provocation, good or bad. She tries not to rely to heavily on her brother, but she leans heavily on him to shield her from the world's cruelty.

[attr=class,ladevoteesc]Atlas is not a good dude. He's the high school bully everyone is terrified of multiplied tenfold. He's also the bully who's just suave enough to avoid any real punishment from the teachers. Between his family's reputation and his own cold personality, he's not someone you want let your guard down around. Atlas is very opportunistic, playing whatever role he needs to in order to benefit himself. He doesn't feel any particular connection to anyone, but he'll gladly pretend he's someone's best friend if he gets something out of it, with no regard to their feelings when they find out. He's very careful about how far his cruelty extends in order to stay under the radar and keep unwanted attention off himself. He's a chip off the old block with just a touch more restraint.[break][break]

The werewolf inside Atlas is a bloodthirsty creature, and Atlas often struggles to keep it under control, especially when he's extremely angry. He'll circumvent any unnecessary transformations by causing himself pain, usually by digging his emerging claws into his palms until his body resets itself or going for impossibly long runs around the ground to blow off steam. This proves especially helpful on the Quidditch pitch, where he is not only ruthless but also a sore loser with a hot temper. During his periods of agitation, he tries to avoid people, fully aware that any modicum of stupidity would stir his inner rage, with potentially devastating outcomes.[break][break]

Evie strives to be the kind of person people want to confide in. Having raised four children and a bonus daughter, she has a high level of patience and has never spilled a secret confided in her. She can be a bit smothering toward her older children, but she is trying to let them have their freedom, being extremely independent herself. By taking on the Minister's partner as her ward, she has the opportunity to stay close to her family. Balancing such a serious commitment with being a mother and wife is draining, and Evie spends a lot of her precious free time napping with her husband's pillow enveloped in her arms and Athena asleep at her feet. She wouldn't trade this life for anything in the world.

[attr=class,ladevoteesc]Mags never really got out of her wild child phase. She's the first to go looking for trouble and the first to jump into action when the time comes. There is little that can scare or intimidate her after the horrors of her adolescence. She is fascinated by the unknown and undiscovered, constantly exploring and looking for new, exciting things. Much like a crow, she love collecting little trinkets from her adventures, even if it's just a particularly interesting rock she happens upon while exploring the castle grounds. She's the type of person to try to befriend an Acromantula - which she may or may not have attempted on more than one occasion - instead of running away in fear like a sane person would. Others may find her loud and enthusiastic nature unsettling in its intensity, but she is comfortable in her own skin and unabashedly herself. A professional at the "open mouth, insert foot" technique, her fiery personality can make her difficult to get along with, but she's determined to befriend everyone and everything, whether they like it or not. Even those considered enemies aren't safe from her extrovertedness.

The only true chink in Mags's armor is the scar on her face. While she'll tell the story behind it with meticulous detail to those that are genuinely curious, it's a punch to the gut from people that throw it at her as an insult or, worse, claim that she deserved it. The defect, along with her accepting upbringing makes her much more sympathetic to those considered outcasts or less-than and equally as protective. She refuses to let people undermine the lives and abilities of unique individuals, even if it means taking the brunt of the cruelty inflicted. Her past trauma has hardened her resolve for justice and equity.

In her free time, Mags loves going for early morning runs around the Black Lake followed by very long showers with the heat turned up to Satan where she can doodle on the foggy mirrors after getting refreshed. In fact, Mags likes doodling everywhere. There are very few surfaces in the Gryffindor common room and classrooms that haven't fallen victim to her absentminded graffiti. She also has a weakness for salty snacks and can usually be found with crisps or pretzels in her bag or more likely in her hand. She will begrudgingly share her her treats, but any semblance of annoyance is always in jest as she's more than happy to provide for her friends.
